Re-order layers based on chronological sequence in timeline?

What type of scripts do you need?

Is there a script or some tip to get all my layers stacked in the right order?

In my example, each layer's place (in & out point) in the timeline is correct. But their order in the layer stack isn't sequential. Everything plays in the correct sequence, It's just an visual organizational thing I'd like to fix. (This is a Premiere CS5 import, I don't build this messy. )

What I want: (either ascending or decending order)
