is there any script that can import SSA files for AE 6.0
(i know it's old but it's lighter on my pc)

That kind of thing wasn't even possible in AE 6, most of the original scripting functionality was related to render management. It wasn't until AE 6.5 that scripting was opened up to allow control over most of the app.
As you've probably already seen, I've posted some SSA Importer scripts but they require AE 6.5 / 7.0.
