I bet there's one available, but didn't seem to find any.

Is it possible to create a script that creates a panel that has few controls in it:

-Pulldown menu to select a layer parameter (opacity, position etc)

-Textfield to input a desired expression

-pulldown menu to select betweem All layers or Selected layers

-Apply button

So, the script would then apply the inputted expression to an attribute of all / selected layers.

I don't know of a specific script that does exactly what you want, but check this out. You could probably hack it fairly easily to do what you want.
