import footage settings

What type of scripts do you need?

Hi everyone, i was hoping you guys could help me. Is it possible to have the import footage settings in the preferences pop up when a project opens. I constantly work in between 24 and 30fps. And its annoying to have to change it everytime i switch in between projects, or remember for that matter. any help?
