Scale Comp & Layers - Different Comp Aspect Ratios

Hi All

I would love to have a script that scales up a comp and all layers, including lights and camera - from SD to HD. The Scalecomp script that ships with AE only handles identical aspect ratios for the input and output comp sizes.
