Anyone know of any expression to simulate stop motion?

Something like a strobe effect

Yikes - I think to get that sliding or flying effect you'll have to select each frame by hand. You could drop a layer marker at each frame you want to include, then use a time remapping expression to show only the marked frames. Something like that.
