Just started some self study on Adobe After Effects and i m total zero at it. All the lil windows in it are so confusing. Can some1 pls help, i need some kinda web-link to study After Effects with my level (-0) of AE knowledge. Thank ya all !!

Are you looking for tutorials on After Effects in general or on Expressions in particular? If it is After Effects in general, try a place like this.
This site is specifically geared towards automation processes in After Effects.

hmm .. i think After Effects in general .. i am jst a starter ,,, total ZERO, i dont even knw wht Expressions is all about, looking for some kind of tutorials tht take a newbie from total scratch to the next levels, one step at a time!
