link counter and shape layer to change the color of this shape layer sequentially.

I'm new to programming. Please help me with writing an expression. I need to link a text layer where there is a time counter to the shape layer so that the color of the shape layer changes when the counter value changes. For example: numbers 1, 3, 6, 10- shap layer is red. For other values, this shape layer is gray. I apologize if it is unclear explained the task.
