Hello people, first of all, sorry about my bad english, I am from Argentina (very south america).
Well, here comes my question, how can I precomp layers without the same size as the main comp?.

I don't quite understand. The size of pre-comps when pre-composing them from the timeline is determined by the "Leave attributes in current comp" and "Move attributes to nested comp" options. Beyond that AE doesn't care for the actual sizes. If you need some specific alignment, adjust the anchor points or subtract/add the relative position differences, eitehr manually or via expressions.
