I have a simple linear expression on my audio levels, that will change my DB level from -48 to 0 when the opacity of that layer goes from 0 to 100 and vice versa.
When scrolling the playback control the expression seems to work, showing the audio doing just that. But when I play through, I don't hear any fades in audio. Any ideas why this isn't working? Can the audio playback not accept expressions?

You need to Convert your Audio to keyframes first. You can find this under Keyframe Assistants in the Animation Menu.

Yeah, that worked. Hopefully this will be fixed one day.
