wiggling the directional blurlength in AE

this property is a single value... is there any way i can wiggle the "blurlength" attribute length randomly?
What do you mean? wiggle(1,15) wiggles the value between 0 and 15. If you want something that's not chopped off at zero, you could set the value to 7.5 and use wiggle(1,7.5). I have a feeling though, that you may be thinking about something else entirely.
