So I'm trying to come up with a way to log my render times to justify purchasing a new Mac Pro for me. A/B comparisons and such. Right off the bat I just need to say that coding does not work well in my brain. A few light expressions are ok but anything beyond confuses me and this is why I am here.

So just a simple (hopefully) script that writes the date/time/total render time in a text doc. I doesnt have to create a new doc for each project, just one location, one file to hold the data.

Any help is appreciated!!
