Command line run aerender.exe add script (import/replace new assets)?

Hi all, I have two part question.
1. Is it possible to add a 'run script' command (windows Powershell) to?
2. Idea is that in this after effects project is a json driven animation. The json file should be replaced by a newer json file in the JSON folder. So somehow it should (automated) look in that folder, and select the latest added file. Is that even possible?
