We are writing some scripts that send text to illustrator to be edited and then we read it back in AE. We've gotten the script to work, however, illustrator is requiring attention before it executes it's share of the script. There are no dialog boxes or anything, we simply need to switch to Illustrator then back to AE and everything works. Obviously we want it to work so that no user interaction is requiered during the script.. We are using bridge talk and tried activate method and suppress dialog box and none have worked... does anyone have any experience with this?
