[Type] Randomize Character Leading / Kerning / Size

I would love to have a script which will give individual characters a random leading, with minimum / maximum controls
(like the Layer Random Shifter).
This would be useful for grungifying /retarding text which I manually do quite a lot.
It could also be extended to control kerning / size / etc to make it a truly splendid script!
