Hoping to hire a developer

Lendon here. I'm a VFX supervisor and am looking for a developer to hire for a couple projects:) I have a few After Effects script / plugin ideas that I'm sure you might find exciting as well.
Also, I am looking to develope a mocha pro plugin (with python I think).
